Vendor Rules

Vendors may list their products and answer questions in this section. This section is provided free of charge in order to serve our members.

1. Please be sure to identify that you are a vendor in your profile, and which company you represent.
2. No spam is allowed and the product must relate to the Hyundai Santa Fe.
3. Only post topics outside of the Vendor area if you are responding to another member of this site. Otherwise only post to the vendor forum.

Identify yourself and company-
Example user name for a vendor:
Username= jason@K&N

OR (if your user name would be too long)

The vendor can also list the company name in the "Company Name" field of his/her profile.:
Username=Jason
Company= K&N Engineering

Group Buy Rules

Santa Fe Nation Forums offers this group buy section as a convenience and benefit for our members. Hopefully many can use this forum to organize group purchases and secure discounts on desirable items.

This site does not offer group buys and cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise from any group buy provided on the forum. Buyer beware. This set of rules will try to ensure everyone receives exactly what is paid, and is not scammed. Report any scams immediately.

Group Buys Organized by a Vendor
- Group Buys must be organized by the company or seller that is offering the product.
- The company must be well established and known to this community.
- Clear instructions and product details must be posted in the first post of each group buy thread.
- Group Buys must be well organized with terms, conditions, and payment instructions clearly stated.
- The Vendor or Seller will be fully responsible for carrying out their group buy, including current and future issues that may arise from their group buy.
- The forum does not charge a listing fee to the vendor, but donations are welcome.

Group Buys Organized by a Member
- The starting member will take full responsibility of the group buy and will be available to handle all current and future issues that may arise, to ensure the concerns of other members are addressed. This is why we do not recommend that members organize group buys, but we do not prohibit them. Try to encourage the vendor to organize the group buy.
- Member must have 500 or more posts before starting a group buy. This ensures that the member is known to some extent. Members must be in good standing and must PM the admin with an outline of the proposed GB before posting.
- Group buys must be well organized with terms, conditions, and payment instructions clearly stated.

All Group Buys
- Each group buy thread will be deleted once the organized GB is complete.
- Most GBs will be limited to no more than 90 days. Contact the admin to request an extension.
- Each item offered must be for the Sonata or Optima. Generally only performance parts, rims, tires, and body kits are permitted to be offered. Insignificant items such as keychains, gas caps ..etc are not allowed.
- The OP must label the topic with [Group Buy], [GB] or something similar.
- The seller or organizer will notify the Admin via PM when the GB is complete.

Note
- The admin and moderators on this forum can lock and delete any group buy that doesn't follow the rules.
